The positioning of this 100 bed community on site made it possible to create two distinct, private courtyards for Assisted Living and Memory Care completely separated from back of house functions and services, which is not often achieved. The result of this approach to planning is a significant reduction in the length of the building, enabling the scale to be more in harmony with the luxury home communities that surround the site.

The amenities and planned spaces that front the courtyards work seamlessly with the outdoor spaces where residents enjoy higher than normal use. Arbor Terrace also provides an environment that give special consideration to suites created to meet the needs of seniors that are transitioning between Assisted Living and Memory Care, called Bridges.
