Located in Lincoln Park directly across from Lake Michigan, The Admiral at the Lake has served Chicago for more than 100 years.

Redevelopment of this centrally located Continuing Care Retirement community (CCRC) resulted in a 12-story healthcare building consisting of 36 skilled nursing beds, 17 memory care assisted living units, and 39 assisted living units. The 31-story independent living tower contains 200 independent living units and is designed with three lower buildings stepping to the east toward Lake Shore Drive. Each of the three “stair step” buildings incorporates a roof garden.

The Admiral at the Lake provides many amenities to its residents, including a swimming pool, wellness spa, theater, and club room with direct access to many roof gardens. Additionally, an educational outreach program is offered to residents. A retail center is located on the ground floor and provides residents an opportunity for social interaction and convenient access to everyday necessities.
