Nestled at the end of a quite cul-de-sac, The Delaney at Bridgewater is positioned to take full advantage of the sweeping views and lush wooded area.

The building is seamlessly integrated into the 38 acre, slopping site. Taking advantage of the topography, the design team was able to create underground parking for the IL residents. The architecture of building created a variety of courtyards which reinforce the connection to nature and serve as directional cues as you navigate the building. The grand Independent Living common area features a vaulted ceiling in the gallery, full service bar connected to the restaurant, and outdoor seating for cocktails or dining.  Assisted Living and Memory Care residents enjoy the same amenities within their own neighborhoods. The project consists of 121 Independent Living units (145,500 SF), 55 Assisted Living units (44,400 SF) and 32 Memory Care units (22,500 SF) and 15 Independent Living villas.
