Alice imbues the firm with a strong spirit of entrepreneurship gained throughout her 20-year career as a developer and manager of new businesses.

As a strategic business partner in the firm, she was instrumental in designing PRDG’s spacious Uptown offices. Alice also directs all financial management functions, administration, human resources, and benefits programs, as well as directs strategic planning and operational modeling. Alice is a 1990 graduate of Texas Tech with a bachelor of applied science degree. Her entrepreneurial career has included executive positions in real estate, construction management, and interior design.
