Beacon Hill at Eastgate now offers Phase II of its development.

A cornerstone of the Beacon Hill at Eastgate community is its exceptional dining experience. A key area of expansion is a garden café that features garden-to-table cuisine from Beacon Hill’s half-acre vegetable garden.

The Phase II expansion includes 130,000 square feet of 56 independent living apartments, the garden café, 10,000 additional square feet of dining space, a center for arts and worship that welcomes the surrounding Eastgate community, and conversion of the healthcare center’s semi-private suites into private suites that enable patients to be treated in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center.

Beacon Hill’s new independent living apartments vary in amenities and size, offering one- and two-bedroom models as well as a deluxe two-bedroom model.
